Passion Projects
We live in a world where many aspects of our future are unclear. Political and economic uncertainties, a changing world order, skyrocketing housing costs, and emerging technologies like AI are reshaping our lives. Younger generations face jobs with little security, loneliness and mental health challenges are growing, and communities are struggling to adapt.
I’m drawn to projects that explore and address these big societal challenges.
I can’t define them fully yet — because the specifics will come through collaboration. But here are three areas I’m committed to exploring:
Economic Affordability
The Challenge
Over the last 40 years, good jobs with benefits and security have declined dramatically. Today, most new work is low-pay, low-hour service jobs. Home ownership feels out of reach for many young people. Yet, industries like the trades, healthcare, and skilled sectors are in desperate need of workers.
My Role
I help connect people to opportunity — through education, mentoring, coaching, and advisory roles. This includes:
Guiding students, entrepreneurs, and career-seekers.
Partnering with colleges, universities, and training institutions.
Working with government and organizations on strategy, funding, and policy.
Invitation
If you’re passionate about building more pathways to prosperity, let’s start a conversation.
Mental Health
The Challenge
Mental health struggles are everywhere: depression, loneliness, burnout, and trauma. I’ve lived through my own healing journey with Complex PTSD and seen the toll that isolation and disconnection can take — including friends who didn’t make it. Add to this homelessness, economic hardship, and social pressures amplified by technology, and the crisis is clear.
My Role
While I’m not a therapist, I bring a connector’s mindset. I want to:
Partner with local organizations, therapists, and government.
Strengthen existing programs and advocate for new resources.
Help create education, funding, and awareness initiatives.
Invitation
I believe collaboration can make a difference. Are you interested in starting this conversation?
Strengthening Canada
The Challenge
With shifts in global trade and security, Canada can no longer rely as heavily on U.S. integration. Our economy, identity, and resilience depend on new strategies to grow internally and globally.
My Role
I support Canadian values by helping businesses and organizations:
Explore new markets, both within Canada and internationally.
Conduct research and market analysis.
Build partnerships with academic, non-profit, and government stakeholders.
Mentor entrepreneurs and train teams to adapt and expand.
Invitation
I’m already working with Canadian businesses on these fronts — and I’m eager to expand the conversation.
