Economic Affordability

The Challenge
Over the last 40 years, secure, good-paying jobs with benefits have declined dramatically. Today, too many new roles are low-pay, low-hour service jobs. Home ownership feels out of reach for many young people. At the same time, industries like the trades, healthcare, and skilled sectors are in urgent need of talent. Beyond employment, entrepreneurship is often overlooked as a pathway to prosperity. Many lack the confidence and skills to pursue it — even though it can create both independence and community impact.

My Role
I help connect people to opportunity — through mentoring, coaching, and advisory work. This includes:

  • Supporting individuals to build self-awareness, confidence, and direction in their career or entrepreneurial journey.

  • Guiding entrepreneurs and career-seekers to explore meaningful pathways and opportunities.

  • Partnering with colleges, universities, innovation hubs, and training institutions to design programs that equip people with real-world skills.

  • Working with governments and organizations on strategy, funding, program development, and policy that strengthen both employment and entrepreneurship opportunities.

Invitation
If you’re passionate about building more pathways to prosperity — whether through jobs, entrepreneurship, or stronger systems — let’s start a conversation.

“The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much; it is whether we provide enough for those who have too little.”
Franklin D. Roosevelt
